Being a fitness professional and seeing Drew, before he INTENTIONALLY gained the 70 pounds – I could honestly say I wouldn’t mind having parts of his body – I mean this guy was RIPPED. And I remember the difficulty I ran into when I had to lose the 50lbs that I gained in college.  So I just want to know, what possessed him to do such a thing?! Drew gets right into it explaining the serious disconnect he was experiencing with his clients and I was so happy to hear his perspective.

In his weight gain, Drew begun to understand the pain behind the weight gain and almost lost a sense of who he was as a person. His once judgmental ways towards those who were trying to lose weight were fading away with every day he lived outside of his skin. Understanding that weightloss was not only a phsycial, but a mental and emotional journey was not only life changing for himself, but motivational around the world.

Drew’s success with Fit2Fat2Fat had not only impacted his clients and those who followed his journey, but his wife, Lynn had a breakthrough of her own. As Drew became more popular, he and his wife became a team working towards answering the influx of emails he would receive daily. The one thing that hit her emotionally was reading emails from women who were not in love with who they were. She felt the need to answer, but so unqualified to answer their call, Here is where she changed her life path and decided to become a woman’s fitness specialist.

At their heaviest, they worked together through their struggles to go back to FIT! Take a listen in to hear Drew’s story and hear the amazing dynamic from this power couple.
