October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! In honoring that, I get on the phone with a very special person to discuss their battle and survival of breast cancer.
This week I had the pleasure of speaking with Theresa Coloreo, an amazing person. You may know her daughter, Alex Coloreo as “Alex is power” from INSANITY MAX:30.
Theresa opens up about her difficult battle and the importance of trusting your gut instinct. She realizes that being consumed by everything else around you can easily misdirect your decision making.
This episode is a prime example of how trusting and believing in yourself can literally save your life. Her story motivates us all to be conscious of what we have to live for and reminds us to harness our inner strength to survive and conquer the obstacles in our life.
Our nickname for Alex’s mom is Mother Theresa because not only is she a mother of two but she is an angel of a person! On October 18th, she is Making Strides in Central Park by walking for Breast Cancer Awareness along with her team “Mother T’s Tatas”!
