053-Gideon Connelly

Published on

This week I kick of a 3 part series with 3 amazing men who have sacrificed more than most, part of our armed forces and spokesmen of CHANGE and OVERCOMING OBSTACLES.

This week, I talk to Gideon Connelly who is currently still serving in the Air Force and lost most of one of his legs in horrible accident but has overcome it and now is training to compete in Track and Field in the 2020 Paralympic Games.  He mentors patients at Kernan Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In the future, he also hopes to help rehabilitate military veterans at Walter Reed National Military Center in Bethesda, MD.  Prepare to be challenged in your own struggles and inspired to push through them.
